A man has died and two others have been injured after a heavy vehicle rolled north of Dubbo this morning.
Police said the accident happened at about 10.40am (Saturday, May 26) when a heavy vehicle carrying a load of horses left the road and rolled into a culvert on Mogriguy Road, near the intersection of McAnallays Road.
One of the injured men, believed to be aged in his 20s, was airlifted from the scene with suspected head and chest injuries, police said in a statement.
The driver of the vehicle was taken to a hospital for further medical checks.
Police are working other Government departments regarding the horses.
