Western Plains Cultural Centre was the place to be on Saturday, February 6, for the official opening of “Pen To Power”, an interactive exhibition encouraging recovery through mind maps.

Jack Randell, the curator of this magnificent event, was absolutely thrilled by the turn out of Dubbo and Central West art lovers, which left standing room only for this well supported event, guests included Premier Mike Baird, Deputy Premier Troy Grant, NSW Police Commissioner Andrew Scipione and Dubbo City Council mayor Mathew Dickerson.
