Feeding frenzy

Fish in the main lake at Dubbo’s Shoyoen Japanese Gardens scramble for a handful of pellets. Young visitors to the gardens are often handed free bags of pellets so they can experience the thrill of feeding the pond’s residents.

Easter cupcakes are oh-so-tasty

Easter eggs, bunnies and bilbies have all become popular Aussie treats, but something a bit different was spotted at the Riverside Markets on Sunday – Tash Gardner from Hey Babycakes made these Easter Egg cupcakes (pictured inset). They’re delicious and were selling like hotcakes... well, better make that ‘cupcakes’!
