Far from his hometown on the southern Philippine Island of Mindanao, about the size of Dubbo, Ceazar Adrian Uy moved to Australia several months ago to start work with Fletcher International Exports.
“I was a boner and butcher working in meat processing there and, though it was a smaller operation, I use the same skills here,” Ceazar Adrian Uy told Dubbo Photo News.
