A man has been charged after a pedestrian was struck during a crash in Dubbo on Saturday, September 6.
According to a statement from police, officers from Orana Mid Western Police District were called to Bourke Street at about 8am following reports a vehicle had collided with another car, before crashing through a fence and hitting a pedestrian who was standing on the footpath.
