A new deal to use recycled sewage water for irrigating Council parks has been struck through a public-private partnership deal.
The deal involved Dubbo Regional Council recently signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Squadron Energy to deliver next stage of the project which will use an advanced wastewater treatment facility at Dubbo Sewerage Treatment Plant.
