The Horizons Village Men’s Shed held their Annual General Meeting on Thursday, February 19 and a new committee was elected to steer the Shed through 2026. Those elected to serve throughout 2026 are as follows :

• President: Colin Ferguson

• Vice President: Tony Watterson

• Secretary: Alan Nelson

• Treasurer: John Baxter

• Committee Members: John Weldon, Barry Harvey, Kevin Brown, Ken Heckendorf, Lindsay Turpin, and Brian Hangan.

After the AGM finished, the monthly "food night’" was held for Men’s Shed members. A great barbecue was prepared by John Weldon, ably supported by Brian Hangan, Kevin Brown and Barry Harvey.
