Ollie Robbins Oval will become a sea of colour and culture next weekend as ORISCON (Orana Residents of Indian Sub-Continental Heritage) stages this year’s Cross Cultural Carnivale on Saturday, October 18.

Following a similar format to last year, the event will unfold across the aft
