Why do you Love Your Work? I have the most wonderful customers and enjoy talking about what they are cooking!

What do you love about the Dubbo region? I love the friendliness of the people, how country people are practical and have common sense. I love the sunshine in Winter.

What does your usual Friday night include? Watch a movie and relax.

If you could travel back in time, when/where would you like to visit? The building of the pyramids in Egypt.

Where would you like to visit in Australia? I’d like to go to the Great Ocean Road in Victoria.

What is the greatest advice you have received? My father always said never listen to negativity about my success in business.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years’ time? Hopefully travelling around the world!

Who inspires you? My family inspires me. Everything I do, not just in business, is for my family and community.
