On Saturday, November 25, the local charity organisation Pink Angels and supporters gathered to raise money to support breast cancer patients. The event hosted by the Macquarie Cricket Club, Garden Hotel Fishing Club, and the Garden Hotel was a huge success raising $23,000 through raffle tickets, auctioned items, and donations.

The night showed immense community support for the local charity, with all attendees dressed in pink and angel wings.

Pink Angels was founded in 2011 to support local breast cancer patients. They play an active part in the community and are often associated with many local events in Dubbo.
