The former Westpac Bank building has been sold to a local businessman who plans to develop new enterprises on the historic site.
Selling agent Andrew McDonald, principal at Andrew McDonald Commercial, said the building – which had been marketed at a shade under $2.5 million – would soon be getting an exterior facelift prior to major interior works getting underway.
