Kinetic Martial Arts will celebrate its grand opening this Saturday, August 15, with an "open day".

The company operates Kinetic clubs at eight locations across NSW, including Dubbo. Located at 9/1 Capital Drive, the Dubbo club is set to welcome people of all ages who are keen to learn self-defence and importantly, self-discipline.

The open day will feature workshops and a martial arts demonstration. There will also be a sausage sizzle, jumping castle for the kidlets, and a coffee van for the adults.

With classes across three days of the week, the Dubbo facility is led by George Sayers, whose journey in martial arts spans almost 30 years. He holds a Shihan title 6th Dan black belt in Shotokan Karate, a purple belt in Brazilian JiuJitsu, and possesses highly developed skills in boxing, kickboxing, and taekwondo techniques.

George has also devoted 20 years to teaching in regional schools where he has guided students of all ages and abilities towards achieving their goals, and is committed to fostering a community of Kinetic members who share the belief that strength, fitness, and flexibility of the mind and of the body are equally important.

George and his team look forward to welcoming the community to the open day and answering any questions visitors may have.
