A total of 24 players took to the greens at Trangie Bowling Club last month on a warm and sunny day where the slight cooling breeze was very welcome for the Grade Six Pennant players.

Trangie played host to Macquarie Dubbo on Sunday, February 15, who were the overall winning team on the day with a 10-nil result.

Visiting Macquarie Dubbo players included J. Dunn, D. Whitla, R. Webber, N. Hayden, S. Chippendale, V. Mascara, S. Walsh, A. Andriske, N. Wall, P.Lindley, G. French, and R. Haigh.

Each year, Bourke, Nyngan, Macquarie Dubbo, and Trangie Pennant teams meet, playing each team twice.

To wind up a great day of bowling, a delicious barbecue lunch was enjoyed by all.
