In good news for local primary producers and other rural residents in the Wellington area, full closures on Scabbing Flat Bridge near Geurie — currently undergoing extensive renewal work on its century-old timbers — has now been reduced to two days a week

The bridge will now be closed to all vehicles between 9am–3pm every Tuesday
