This term we have been creating drama with the aid of Pamela Allen books.

1-Einstein were read 'Who Sank The Boat?' before exploring the characters in the story more deeply through an activity called 'hot seating'. A student is selected to perform as one of the characters in the story and be put in the 'hot seat'.

The other students act like journalists, asking questions of the student in character. Their job is to get to know the character in the hot seat and perhaps get to the bottom of the big question: 'Who Sank The Boat?'

1-Einstein did a terrific job of using their voices and bodies to become the story characters, as well as asking relevant questions.
