Dubbo Regional Council is looking to employ a part-time Customer Experience Officer in the Customer Experience and Engagement Branch.

It's an afternoon role (12pm to 5pm) Monday to Friday (25 hours per week), with the successful candidate managing phone, email, webchat, and face-to-face interactions.

Candidates should have a Certificate III in Office or Business Administration or a relevant discipline, and experience in customer service delivery in a high-volume environment.
